- 3rd largest pharmacy chain in the US. $16 billion in sales, 3,400 stores & 160 Companies.
- Rebuilt the tax dept. after the $1.6B 1999 financial restatement.
- Managed 13 directors, managers and staff.
- Contributed to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit victory in Rite Aid Corporation vs. The United States of America.
- Responsible for Income, Sales, Payroll, Property and Excise taxes.
- Reviewed and consulted with senior management regarding significant business transactions.
- Successfully managed four IRS large case exam cycles.
Director of Tax - Ralphs Grocery Company 1993-2000
- Largest grocery supermarket chain in Southern California. $6 billion in sales, 450 stores & 13 Companies.
- Established the tax department for Ralphs.
